Reservations: All reservations are made for a specific vehicle category. In case of unavailability of the confirmed category, the Company reserves the right to provide a vehicle of similar or higher category at no extra charge.

Free delivery / drop-off to any location on the island

Driver Age: Minimum driver age is 21 years for cars and motorcycles. Driver’s License The driver must hold and present a valid driving license issued at least one (1) year prior to the rental date. Citizens of non-EU countries must also present a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) or their national driving license.

Traffic Violations & Fines: All traffic violations and fines are solely the responsibility of the renter.

Payment Method: Payment In cash. The renter  may be asked to present a valid credit or debit card at the time of rental, even if payment is made in cash. All rentals are prepaid. No refunds once the contract is signed.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled rental start time. If cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the rental start, the full amount will be refunded. If cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the rental start, no refund will be issued.

Additional Driver: One additional driver is free of charge. An undeclared additional driver will result in a €100 penalty fee.

Accident Policy: In case of an accident, the renter must immediately inform the Company and the Police and provide the official Police Accident Report.

Insurance Coverage: Vehicles are insured against third-party liability for bodily injuries and material damages. Damages caused by the renter’s fault are not covered by insurance.

Collision damage waiver generally covers the following:
– Damage to third party property
– Accidents where you’re not at fault, as long as they believe the third party insurer will pay.

• Theft protection
• Fire protection
• Unlimited Mileage
• VAT & Local Taxes
• Immediate vehicle Replacement subject to availability

Road Assistance: Road assistance is provided free of charge.

Helmet: In case of missing helmet, a charge of €60 will apply.

Passenger Policy: For motorcycles, the maximum number of passengers allowed is two (2). If more passengers are detected, the vehicle may be removed and a fine of €120 will be imposed.

Restricted Areas: Driving in sandy areas or hard-to-reach/off-road locations is strictly prohibited.

Fuel Policy: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up. If returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged for the difference. No refund will be issued for vehicles returned with more fuel.

Lost Key: In case of a lost vehicle key, a charge of €100 will apply.

Ferrying the car or scooter is not permitted.

Moto LEROS may ask you to make a deposit in advance to reserve a car. You will receive an email with bank account details shortly. In case you would like to cancel your reservation for your own reasons please do so at least 72 hours before the rental

Our store does not sell, rent, or otherwise grant personal information submitted by visitors to our site to any third party. By personal information, we mean the name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. Our store requests the completion of the above items for the following reasons:

• Name: Your name is required to make the reservation.
• Phone Number: Your telephone number is essential for us to contact you for the best booking service experience.
• Email: Your email is necessary so we can confirm the reservation.
• Address – Your address with country is necessary because in the event of a violation of the law, the company is obligated to send you the original document of violation.

This information will not be used for unintended communication.
